Welcome to Hit Makers! These terms and conditions govern your use of the Hit Makers mobile puzzle gaming app (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines posted within the App. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hit Makers.
Hit Makers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Hit Makers immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
a. The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by 3R Media, LLC. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any part of the App without prior written consent from Hit Makers.
b. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed in the App are the property of 3R Media, LLC. Nothing in these terms and conditions grants you any right or license to use any trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names displayed in the App.
a. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms and conditions.
b. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the functioning of the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
c. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or any systems or networks connected to the App.
Hit Makers reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HIT MAKERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HIT MAKERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State of California], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Hit Makers reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
